Is it okay to...

I was wondering if it was okay to talk about the same thing in two different short answer questions.

On NYU’s (and the Common) Application, there is a short answer question that asks you how and why you chose which EC was most important to you, and there is also a question that asks you what led you to select your anticipated program of study.

Both questions, at least for me, have relatively the same answer - I volunteer in an after school program in inner - city Atlanta that provides tutoring and counseling to kids whose parents are strung out on drugs, and that is my most important activity, but it is also what led me to select Social Work / Public Policy as my program of study.

I won’t write exactly the same thing, but is it okay to have answers that are quite relative?
