Is it possible for a non-IU student to register for a class?

Well here is my story, I’m currently attending Ivy Tech-Bloomington as a part-time student, and I spend so much time at the Wells library, because Ivy Tech’s one is so horrible.

I’m wondering if I could register for one class next spring semester at IU? It doesn’t have to be on my transcript or something, because after I’m done with Ivy Tech, I’m transferring to Indiana State not IU, unfortunately.

So I don’t know, is it possible to register for like an Langauge class or something just for my own good?

Thanks.

I think you would have to get accepted to IU as a non-degree student first.

Here’s an overview for non-degree seeking students:

Here’s the FAQ page for non-degree students:

Looks like acceptance into the program is not difficult based on a review of the application. Enjoy!

Thank you so much for the links.

But I have question I didn’t find the answer for it in the website.

I graduated from high school last june, so if I applied to IU as a non-degree student for just one class, will they ask for my high school transcript? Because to be honest my grades were horrible.

Thanks for the help again.

You only need to submit your high school transcript if you have no university affiliation. You are enrolled at Ivy Tech, right?
