<p>When I applied to Syracuse I was torn between graphic design and film, I applied for Newhouse’s graphic design program. I got accepted to Syracuse but for VPA graphic deisgn. </p>

<p>Newhouse is extremely competitive so no, there’s no way this decision can change </p>
<p>Once you get here, it is possible to apply to transfer from VPA to Newhouse. It’s not guaranteed, and it’s largely based off of your transcript while you’re here. People do it, but it’s kind of silly to waste a semester or two in a school you don’t care about just to have the potential opportunity to transfer somewhere you think might be better.</p>
