<p>i’ve skimmed the cliffs book
(i cant really understand all of it–there’s no way)</p>
<p>and kind of read the “design own experiments things”</p>
<p>i know that ap bio exam will ask you to do something with a lab.</p>
<p>is it possible to answer it well and/or “design the experiment” with VERY few knowledge of the lab? </p>
<p>does the question itself (on the exam) give you the information that you need to know to answer the lab question?</p>

<p>It’s pretty much give and take on the lab FR. Some are hard, some are avg. None (I would say anyway) are “easy”. Most likely it’s going to be a titration experiment, though I’ve also seen experiments that involve electrolytic solutions.</p>
<p>The test gives little to no information about the lab write up, just what you need to do. Some you may do well on. If the lab is on biotech, then it should be easy because you should have learned about gel electrophoresis and bacterial transformation anyway. I agree with crypto. Some will be easy, some will be harder.If you know lab aparatus and can design experiments easily, you should be good. Most lab FRQ are basically asking you to explain how to do one of the labs though. 2 labs? thats lame. anyway if you waited till today, you are kinda screwed on that essay, sorry to say</p>
