Is it possible to finish AP Stat and AP English Lang&Comp in 1 month?

Is AP Stat possible in one month? What about English?

AP Lang is just like analyzing stuff and being able to write well. So…I don’t think you can really study for that. But yeah, it’s doable in 1 month. Stat I’m not sure. I’m studying it right now and I think I need 2-3 months.

I should also mention that in my pre-calculus course. there were topics on probability and permutations and stuff.

My probability curriculum extended to binomial distributions and conditional probability and stuff

I remember someone claiming that AP Stats is a “joke” and one of my friends say that you can be well prepared for the AP Stats in 2 weeks

I’m taking AP Stat right now, and I don’t agree with the fact that everyone on CC calls it a “joke” because it is pretty hard. I think there’s only 1 A in our class of 14 (10 people dropped out!). I don’t think I could get a 5 on the exam without at lesat 3-4 months of preparation. AP Eng is doable, given the fact that you write well, which can be achieved pretty easily.

For AP Stats you need TIME!

it’s really easy as long as you recognize the writing pattern for the free response. However that pattern can take a while you to fully nail it on the head. But once you get it, a 5 is basically guaranteed. If you self study - I think the tools you need are your review book (any book will do as long as it reviews the z test, t test, etc…) and MOST IMPORTANTLY AP CENTRAL… too many people overlook AP central but it was by far for me the best preparation aid.

in terms of english. it depends on your comfort with reading and your ability to express yourself through writing - you can’t really study for this.

Stats is like the other APs, all of which require critical thinking. Some more than others of course.

Statistics is a relatively easy course, the only people who do bad in it are those who don’t try/do their homework.

If you are a critical thinker and can use your resources well, then you can accomplish this in about a month. I remember when I was learning Stats, it was all evident to the point that the question would ask me to do something, and I would think of the LOGICAL way to do it. Then I would flip the page and it would throw this funky formula at me, which was nothing but jargon. You must be able to critically think, and if you can, then this CAN be done within a month.

There is no real math involved(some probability, but it is not a big part of the test), just the skill to be able to critically think.

bunmpppppppppppp
