Ok thanks a lot! Nikara what were your HS stats and how have you liked USC?

Sorry Nikara!

I’ve loved USC for many reasons. If you want a specific answer on various aspects, I’d be glad to answer your questions. I’d need to look up some of my High School stats (like GPA- don’t worry, you will eventually start forgetting these things!). But I do know:
ACT:34
SAT:1440 (old school)
SAT2: Math 1c-780, The English-y one: 770, and American History: 680
Girl Scout Gold Award, Tons of Volunteer Work, National Hispanic Scholar, Commended for PSAT, lots of great activities showing passion and good essay, not to mention a great interview.

I’m not sure these stats would still get the same rewards, as it has been a few years, and the standards keep increasing.

If your broke you get more than full tuition, and the federal money on top of that makes it only 4-5K short of full ride, and that assumes you don’t take out loans

D received a 4-year scholarship from the AROTC (covers tuition, meals, and books). The only thing we pay for is her housing and she still receives $4,000 for that. It’s really worked out great for her.

One of my friends got a full ride, but he is on the football team. I personally got half ride scholarship.
