Pretty strait-forward question…
i was wondering if it was possible to goto a college like a CSU, after graduating from a continuation school?

I imagine that it is certainly possible given certain criteria. You may, depending on your grades, have to go to a community college for a year or two and get good grades there. But first, get an appointment at the favored Cal State that you are interested in attending. Bring your records with you and any supporting evidence of progess in and out of school. Bring, sealed, letters of reference. I don’t know how old you are or your family situation but sometimes it is a good thing to bring a supportive parent or adult with you for support.

Good luck!

What’s a continuation school? Forgive my ignorance if I should know this.

It absolutely is. The CSUs have a program called EOP that is set up to assist students. It is a great program. I have a friend who taught at a continuation school for years. She is going to the graduation of one of her former students this weekend.
(A continuation school is generally a school for students who may have issues which either got them dismissed from the “traditional” school or meant that the “traditional” school was not an approrpriate setting for them.

““traditional” school was not an approrpriate setting for them.”

exactly my situation!!!

thanks for the help btw!

does anyone know the exact admissions process for Continuation school students?

I’m not sure why you think it’s different. Will you have a regular diploma? Have you been getting grades in academic classes? Go to CSU mentor for details.

<a href=“Cal State Apply | CSU”>Cal State Apply | CSU;

Hmm, from your other posts, looks like your familiar with CSU Mentor, and your UC eligible. Why is there a problem? Can’t you just complete the application like everybody else?
