<p>I am an incoming freshman. Because of this, there are some fees that are fall quarter only, such as health insurance, orientation, and application fees. I have accepted all my loans, including converting work study to a loan, but due to these one-time fees, and becuase the school divides the loans into thirds, I don’t have much leftover money this quarter to get books and supplies, while I will probably have too much money for winter and spring quarters. I know federal grants have to be divided equally, but is there a way to change the loan divides?</p>
