I just finished my first semester as a biology major and received A’s in all my classes. I go to a private and already receive a reasonable amount of merit-based scholarships, nothing amazing because my high school GPA was only a 3.5
Is it possible to negotiate my tuition down, or is it possible to do so i the future if I can maintain a high GPA?
I have never heard of a school charging less tuition to one student than another (of course there is instate/OOS, but students in the same category are charged the same).
What you would need is more aid to pay the tuition - another grant or scholarship. Some departments award scholarships.
By negotiating down tuition I mean getting more merit-based
