Is it possible for the prosecution, and/or any individual or political party, to appeal against the sentence delivered (but not the verdict) by an ‘International Crimes Tribunal’ trying war crimes in the highest court in the country?

e.g. is it possible to appeal for capital punishment when the defendant was found guilty and sentenced to life imprisonment by an ‘International Crimes Tribunal’ in the highest court in Bangladesh?

Note 1: “Merely for the reason that the Tribunal is preceded by the word international and possessed jurisdiction over crimes such as Crimes against Humanity, Crimes against Peace, Genocide, and War Crimes, it will be wrong to assume that the Tribunal must be treated as an ‘‘International Tribunal’’”

Note 2: I am just curious about this, and want to know if it is legally possible or not. And if it is, how exactly would this be possible?

(not sure if this violates any rules on CC. If this post does, mods should remove this)
