Is it possible ? UCLA, UCSB, UCB, USC

First off I already know these schools listed are completely super reach schools. I’ve already been accepted to University of Arizona, University of Oregon, SJSU, SDSU & Hampton University.

I really just can’t get sleep wondering about the chances and what if’s about whether or not I’ll be accepted to the following universities in this month

My background/stats:

-Jr. Year{ APUSH, APCALC AB, AP English Lang}
-Sr. Year{ APGOV, APCALC BC, AP English Lit, AP Physics}

-African American student, Cathedral High School
-W GPA: 3.81
-CS/UC GPA: 3.94
-SAT Composite: 1690 Superscore: 1740 (some colleges pull best from each section)

EC’s:

-Sports:
4 Year Varsity Football player,
2 year varsity basketball,
2 years varsity golf,
2 year varsity track and field (Team Captain),

-Lasallian Youth Club Member (2yrs)

*Forte of my application is really the iPhone & iPad repair service I’ve established in my community and for myself as a business, in my essays I talked about how dropping my phone and cracking it’s screen led from the fall from a distracted world, and a dive into a new reality/passion for me (tech/entrepreneurship)

Please reply with comments and input about my chances and what is likely for my situation
I GREATLY appreciate it, and will return the favor, thanks so much in advance !

Honestly, the UCs are very big on test scores and GPA. Though you seem pretty qualified in terms of extra-curricular activities, your test score is not very high. Realistically, I don’t see you getting into UCLA, UCB, or USC. On a brighter note, there is some hope with UCSB, because they aren’t as selective as LA, Berkeley, or USC. (Though, I wouldn’t say its easy to get in). This is not to put you down, I’m just being real with you. The UCs are very hard to get into because they receive so many qualified applicants.

With all of this said though, I wish you the best of luck!

I’d say you have decent chances at USC and UCSB but not Berkeley. UCLA can go either way, I heard they barely admit any black people because of race blind admissions.

I have to agree with everyone on Santa Barbara, but USC has money and may admit you. Your SAT score is too low for the rest of the UC’s, but you never know; it’s always a crap shoot.

Your SAT scores are kind of low for most UC’s and USC.

Thank you guys so much
