<p>So, my family is dirt poor, and I got in from OOS. Last April, my parents hit a financial crisis, and now they seem to be out of it.</p>

<p>Back then, I HAD to decline UCSD in early April because of that, but now since everything is over (I’m getting relatives to help too), I really want them to take me back in.</p>

<p>But, I declined like 6 weeks ago, is it possible?</p>
