If I manage to receive a weighted 4.0 GPA, is it still possible to get accepted into USC, or is it too late?

You’re really having to dig yourself out of a deep “hole” that is too deep to dig yourself out of, for USC. Besides your GPA, your test scores are (currently) well below the average for USC, your course rigor is not on par with other applicants, and you don’t participate in any EC’s (by your own admission). If you can maintain a 4.0 for the duration of high school and raise your SAT score a little, you may have a shot at a CA state school, but you but you have to get a nice upswing going from here on out- particularly on your GPA.

If you are URM and you do well on your SATs and pull up to 4.0 weighted, you might have a chance. If not, i’d say chances are slim. I’d say give it a shot; you never know what happens. Having a sibling also helps a bit (i think).

There are PLENTY of schools that will take you; try not to get discourage on CC, the level of people that look on this type of forum is very high.
