I think it’s fine if it makes sense to you. (In many cases, two different fields will have more in common than people think. For instance, I’m a math major and I’ve considered double majoring in philosophy. Some people think they’re unrelated because one is a science and one is a humanity, but I can see that they’re connected and I’ve taken classes dealing with both.)
