Is it too late to apply to rolling admission schools with boderline stats

I have boderline stats to a lot of state flagship schools. I have been deferred twice. Im getting kind of nervous and wondering whether or not I should apply to the schools that didnt quite make it to the final round of my list (schools i was considering applying to but didnt). I applied and was deferred from Indiana Bloomington and Michigan State. Since then I sent both schools the UMich Professors recommendation. I am still waiting to hear from University of Minnesota TC. Now I am considering applying to University of Colorado Boulder and Florida State University. But I am wondering if I waited too long and now I really dont have a shot at those schools. So any advice would be appreciated. Also any other school suggestions to look into would be appreciated.

My stats are:
3.25 GPA
24 ACT
Significant ECs:
Varsity Wrestling Captain
Internship with UMich Bio Professor
Internship with Michigan State Representative
Recommendations:
History teacher
UMich Professor
State Rep

Lots of state flagshio schools have formula-based admissions (often on a rolling basis), and many others have “equal consideration deadlines,” so it often doesn’t matter when you apply. Definitely follow up on IU and MSU, and CU-Boulder and FSU you should have a good shot at.

also im considering applying to penn state and ohio state along with or maybe over cu boulder and fsu

Can you still retake the ACT and pull up your GPA?? Your ECs are great, but your score and GPA are a little too low especially for OOS.

…Boulder and FSU are much harder to get into than IU.

im pulling up my GPA but i dont think i can retake the ACT because the next test date isnt till feburary and i think ill be getting my decisions by the time i get my scores back
do u guys think i still have a shot at IU. I called MSU and it sounded like they guranteed me acceptance as long as I have any form of improvement on my GPA. they said "just pull up your GPA slightly and we will make you a spartan.

How many times have you taken the ACT? I got a 21 the first time, but pulled it up to a 30 last time. I don’t know much about those schools, but our state will take students as long as they have 19 and 3.0.

what state r u in thankyouall

Mississippi
