Is it too late to get financial aid?

I’m coming from a small town in Florida, going to a small town in Indiana. Tuition a year is around $15,000, including room and board and other expenses.

My parents recently separated, so I have to redo the FAFSA to be eligible for FinAid.

I’m not sure when is too late, classes for me start August 25, first payment due September 1.

In my situation, are there any financial institutions left that would give loans to a dependent, unco-signed freshman entering college? Any help is wonderfully… helpful.

The FAFSA cannot be changed by you to reflect things that happen after it was initially filed for the year. What you will need to do is contact the college’s financial aid office directly & explain your situation. Much depends on the school & its aid policies … so call ASAP.
