<p>I would just send it if I were you. They may not look at it, but if you already have it you have nothing to lose by sending it.</p>
<p>If you have 2 letters, that is sufficient. No other letters are likely to be read, because is after the fact, unless you are deferred, where it counts.</p>

<p>eterrnal: no, the counselor recommendation is expected. You really need 2 recommendations from anyone else but the counselor. However, if you have one excellent letter from a teacher, it shoud be sufficient. 3 letters is excessive and will not benefit you more or less. good luck to you!</p>
