Is it worth it so submit a music supplement?

I’m a good musician, I made Jazz Allstate, which is very selective, but I’m not nationally acclaimed and I haven’t performed as a soloist in some big orchestra or anything. Is it worth it to send a music supplement in with my application or is that only if you are an exceptional musician?

P.S. I’m not applying as a music major, obviously.

Read through the link I posted here http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/common-application/1028369-common-app-arts-supplement-question.html

In a nutshell, it depends on the schools you’re applying to, and your level of skill and talent. Having valid, objective professional assessment is the key in understanding how your skill sets stack up against a broad pool of exceptional talent NOT applying as music majors. All-state selection is an indicator, but by no means a definitive make or break criteria.
