Is it worth to take AP Bio exam? (EECS major)

Hi, I got admitted to Berkeley engineering, and my major is eecs.
I am taking ap bio this year, and originally planned to take the exam.
However, now I wonder if it is worth to take the test.
Is biology required for eecs major?
Or would it be better to take ap chem instead of ap bio?

According to the [Undergraduate Notes | EECS at UC Berkeley](Information for Current Undergraduate Students | EECS at UC Berkeley) page 9, 30 units of science and math are required. Some of them are specified (math and physics courses), but a choice of science courses can be used for the remaining units.

The College of Engineering [undergraduate handbook](http://coe.berkeley.edu/students/current-undergraduates/advising/advising%20handbbk%2011-12.pdf) page 9 indicates that AP biology with a 4 or 5 gives 5.3 units and equivalency of Biology 1A, 1AL, and 1B. It also indicates that AP chemistry with a 3 or better gives 5.3 units and equivalency of Chemistry 1A and 1AL. These biology and chemistry courses are among those allowed in the EECS major science requirement.
