It’s the one I got, I think it’s pretty good.
But is it good enough? Should I get another one?
Recommend please ;)

Also, I’m taking the SAT on Oct 4.
How long will it take to receive my scores?

Thanks a bunch!

Good for practicing, but if you’re looking for strategies, try RR

^it’s not good at all. Get the Official study guide AKA the blue book.

I think Kaplan is a decent study guide. For questions that have actually appeared on SATs, though, you’ll definitely want the blue book.

You can get your scores via web on Oct 23.

I think Princeton Review is better.

But I thought the official CB book does not have answers/explanations.

^It doesn’t.

^It has answers but w/o explanations.

If you need explanations, either post or look at the [consolidated solution list](http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/sat-preparation/339734-consolidated-list-blue-book-math-solutions-3rd-ed.html)

Thanks a lot!
I was told the College Board book wasn’t that good, though.
But I will get it anyways! Since, a lot of people mention it here on the forums and such.

Again, thanks for your answers!

No SAT prep is complete without the official guide. Back in my day it was called ‘10 real SATs’, now it’s only got eight, but I guess ‘8 real SAT’s’ doesn’t have that same ring to it.

Still if you can understand all the questions in this one book, (or at least all the ones within your target range) you’re golden.

You can also swipe one more full length practice test for free at collegeboard.com. So you can have your own ‘9 real SATs’. ;)
