Well next year is collage time…I used to really want to study Law school…Last year i really got into informatics and took high level math and I enjoy it but I dont think I want to study math in university…I need help hehe i have a few questions…

How long does law school take and what degrees do you get?

What kind of courses do you take?

What is the difficulty?

Law school in the US is a graduate school after college and the usual course time is three years from start to finish; the degree is called a Juris Doctor (J.D.).

You take courses in legal areas, e.g., first years usually take contracts, torts, criminal law, property, legal writing, and possibly civil procedure or constitutional law although those may be second year courses depending on schol. Upper level is many other areas and also often a trial practice course. The courses are not anything like any courses you have before going to law school.

Difficulty is high particularly for first year – think of it this way, law students are generally those who did very well in college, they are cream of the crop to begin with, and many of those hit law school and are eviscerated.

you need high GPA and LSAT score. people usually say that you should major in something that you enjoy, the theory goes that you will work harder thus achieving higher marks. but also take classes that improve your logic, reading, writing skills these skills are very important when it comes to law and will help you on the LSAT exam.

I will graduate with a Canadian diploma, but i plan to study in Poland…And would it work if i major in say English in Poland than go onto Law study, would that work?
