Is "leadership clubs" a valid title for the activities section for the UCs/Common App?

So I participated in Student council my freshmen and sophomore year as a senator. In my sophomore year, student council also decided to make grade committees (ie Class of 2021 committee), which I am the co-president of right now. My junior year, I was in Planning Action Committee (PAC) club which mainly focused on planning school-wide events such as school dances and pep rallies. Actually, all three clubs focused on planning something, whether it was school-wide or for my grade level only.

The thing is that listing them out makes it look like I’m hopping from club to club when really, all these clubs were working together most of the time. I was involved in all of the club aspects even though I wasn’t an official member. For example, I was directly helping the president of Student Council (even though I wasn’t re-elected during junior year) by being working in conjunction with them while I was a member of PAC.

Would it be wrong to put these three clubs under one category or should I list them out one-by-one?
