Is math level 1 a legit test?

<p>These are my subject test scores:
lit: 730
math level 1: 760
us history: 800</p>

<p>I want to apply to the top schools. My question is: is the math 1 subject test frowned upon because it’s so easy? The 730 lit probably looks better than it but most colleges say they look at top 2 scores so will they see math 1 instead? I’m not a math student or anything so I’m not applying to engineering programs… Just needed some subject tests and figured I could handle that one. Do I need to take another test?</p>

<p>No, you don’t need to take another test. Schools like the UC’s will disregard your Math I score (they don’t take it) and consider your lit schore instead. If you’re not applying to tech schools, then yes, Math 1 is a “legit test.” </p>
