Is Microsoft Word dangerous? Can anyone delete your documents in your home?

<p>One of my kids wants to install “Microsoft Word” in my computer…</p>

<p>There is a thread concerning “Lost homework” using computers!
Can someone, other than my kid, delete homework of mine if I have Microsoft Word?</p>

<p>I remember not too long ago the TV news discussed something about having those Word Processing Software in the computer…but really did not pay attention.</p>

<p>Can somebody oriented us about the danger, if any, in having “Microsoft Word” or any other similar Word Processing Software in the computer?</p>
