Is my college list attainable?

I will be applying to college in the fall, and lately I’ve been thinking a lot about my resume. My gpa for freshman and sophomore year was a weighted 3.72, but it should be around a 3.87 by the end of this year because I have been working hard to get good grades. Throughout high school I’ve been taking all honors, and I’m taking AP computer science this year. I got a 1440 on the PSATs with a 215 NMCS index. I havent taken SATs yet, but I’m aiming for around a 2200. I got a 730 on the SAT chemistry test in sophomore, and plan on taking the math level II and the physics tests in June.

What I am worried about is my extracurriculars, because I’ve noticed a lot of people on here do A LOT. Since 6th grade I’ve been heavily involved in a pre-professional dance program at my local studio, and I have had experiences such as performing in dance shows in Boston, spending three summers at a dance program in New York City, and choreographing a dance for a group of dancers at my school. I also assist with a younger dance class every week. In total, I dance between 10-15 hours per week during the school year.
Aside from dance, I am involved in an afterschool tutoring program 1-2 hours per week at my town’s middle school and one of the elementary schools. I am an NHS member, and I also do choir at my school (its just a class at school though, not outside of school). I am also applying to the Girls Who Code summer program this summer, although I don’t know if I’ll get in. In terms of awards, I recieved a Student of the Quarter award from my chemistry teacher last year, but I don’t know of I’ll be able to put that on the common app/whether it holds any significance? Also: my high school (public) is very competitive, so I do not think I’m in the top 10% of my class, but I’m guessing the top 20%.

In college, I am hoping to study either computer science, applied math, economics, or business (probably some combination of a few of these).

And finally, here is a list of schools I’m thinking of applying to.

Stretch schools:
-Carnegie Mellon (Tepper)
-Georgia Tech
-Berkeley

Other schools:
-Northeastern
-Umass Amherst
-NYU
-Boston College
-Boston University

Do these colleges seem within reach? And does anyone have any advice/other school recs?

Cant chance you without an SAT.
Also, do you know your college budget?
NYU is extremely expensive.

FWIW: Berkeley is a California public, tax-funded university; if you are not a California resident, could you pay $55K per year to attend? There is limited to no financial aid for OOS students.

What’s your unweighted GPA? That’s more important.

I’m not exactly sure, I’m just going by what my Naviance says. I got mainly B+s freshman and sophmore year, and so far this year I have 2 A+s, 2 As, an A- and a B+. (I have changed my study skills a lot). Financial aid is not much of an issue, so I’m not considering it a key factor in selection
