Is my course load "rigorous enough" to apply to top colleges?

Hi all, I am currently a sophomore this year, and working on finalizing my schedule for next year. This year the only AP my school offered was APUSH and I opted out and just doubled up in science (Bio and Chem). Is it bad that I am not taking any AP history classes?
This is my schedule:
Junior
AP CHEM
AP ENGLISH
AP SEMINAR(Capstone)
Physics H
World History H
Spanish H
Pre Calc H

Senior:
AP BIO
Anatomy- H
AP CALCULUS
AP LIT
AP SPANISH
AP RESEARCH( capstone)
Ethics- H

Assuming that I do well and maintain my 4.3 GPA and keep up with my ECs would this be enough to apply to a top school or a 7 year med program? I would really appreciate your input on any changes I should make! Thanks so much!

I don’t know anything about 7 year medical programs.

In terms of applying to top universities, Yes this is rigorous enough. However, you need to do very well in your classes. Also, you need to understand that there are other considerations that these schools pay attention to (see other threads on CC), and that the top ranked schools are a “high reach” for everyone, and that you need to spend significant time thinking about other schools also, and that you need to think hard about what matters to you in a school other than “prestige”.
