I am gonna apply to UPenn, Johns Hopkins, Duke, Cornell, Brown as a bio major (pre-med).
My total SAT score is 2180 (which is okay), but my scores are kinda unbalanced.
CR-630
Math-790
Writing-760
I took the SAT 3 times so i can’t really take it anymore.
My GPA is pretty high and i’m in the top 10 among 700 students in my class.
So my GPA and classrank should be fine.
Do you think my CR score would be okay for those schools?
Or should i take ACT and see if i get a better score?</p>
<p>For the schools you are looking at, the CR score will hurt you. If you’ve already taken it 3 times, don’t bother taking it again – your score won’t differ that much. Take the ACT and see how you do on that.</p>
