Given my stats what other schools would you recommend? I already have Virginia Tech on my list but don’t know where else my stats could get me.

No and figure out your unweighted vs about. You can be precise.

4 for A, 3 for B, 2 for C

Rigor matters at UVA as does rank.
A 3.7 in the top 5% is not the same as a 3.7 at the 30th percentile. 85% are in the top 10% of the class. So it makes a difference as do ECs and test score.

What’s the budget? What else (besides CS) do you want out of your college experience? (Size of school, location, vibe, Greek life, athletic fandom, particular extracurriculars, etc)?

Look at how your school does. Virginia publishes all data by county for every public college
