is my life over???

ok heres my story…its kinda weird though…i took the SAT in january nd scored a terrible 1510…so i prepared like crazzzzzzzy nd took it again today 3/may…during the exam however,i had a terrible stomach ache during around 7 sections:S…i kno, terrible…i think im gonna score somewhere between a 1550 and a 1720…i rlly wanted 1800 to get into Georgetown or george washington…i did terrible on the C.reading…maybe like between 450-540…math around 480-550…writting 620-690…am i done for???

Not at all. Register for the Oct. 6 test date. Also, if you’re absolutely positive you did poorly today, you can cancel your test scores.

[SAT Canceling Scores](<a href=“College Board - SAT, AP, College Search and Admission Tools”>http://www.collegeboard.com/student/testing/sat/scores/cancel.html)

Chill. If you had a terrible stomachache you should have told the proctor. Wait until you get your scores first.

Also…if you like…you can register for the June 14 ACT up until May 9. Some people perform significantly better on the ACT than on the SAT, and vice versa. It could be a useful back-up for you; some schools accept the ACT in place of BOTH the SAT and the SAT II’s.

oh thanks ppl…umm no im an international…no ACT but lets say i do rllly bad like 1380-1450 (keep in mind my 1510) nd then i get a 1750 or 1800 in june…do they investigate and all that crap?..becuz i think i can easily hit 730 on my writting…math nd reading however…maybe like 570 nd 560

???

What a co incidence!
I really coughed badly at the same section. Couldnt breath and tears came out my eyes. Proctor allowed me to drink some water and it was fine then.
They do get all the SAT tests you do, but they “accept” it up to three times as far as I know.

haha no man…u dnt understand…the stomache ache lasted for 7 sections!..my life’s over!..im taking it in june…they say its easier too!

Lobzz-is the June test really suppose to be easier? Why?

lol dude yah yur lifes OVER!!!

no srrsly … it is

easier test = harsher curve.

Oh, that’s just terrible. Stomach aches are hell sometimes. Two weeks ago during my chemistry midterm I got a terrible one; I had to grin and bear it, unfortunately. Don’t worry though; you have the summer to study for the October administration! You will be fine.

definitely take it again; if you’re better your scores will be better…no your life is not over! breath!

thanks every1…oh nd to oregon 101…ok look the SAT is a money making business nd since very few ppl take it in june becuz of finals, they want to attract more ppl…so they make it easier:D…well…u cant say easier…lets just say,for instance…the C.R passages make more sense…hehe

passages make sense to different people.
a passage that makes sense to you might not make sense to me.

basically its an opinion.
my brother and I took the January 2008 SAT (both canceled scores) and the March 2008 SAT
and i found the march one to be easier.
while my brother thought jan was easier.

You’re a dumbass.

ok ppl…listen…heres wut happened…in my country(egypt)…the june test was postponed to june 21st becuz it interferred with some tests here so yea…anyway…i registered…good idea eh?

If you say so, dawg.

" rlly wanted 1800 to get into Georgetown or george washington"

That would be very unlikely. Those schools generally require much higher scores.

georgetown… dude you need like 2200+ for georgetown. thats saying you are good at other stuff too
