Hello,
I am an international student who just got accepted to Northeastern and would like to know if Northeastern is a top school or just how good of a college it is. I also wondered if it was worth the expensive tuition.
Thank you

It really depends on how you define “Top”. It’s in the US News Top 50, has a great regional reputation and a growing national one, but is not in the top of the prestige category if you’re looking at the level of the ivies etc. All that said, there’s tons of great resources academically, professionally with the co-op program, and lots of other opportunities.
In terms of cost, it depends on what your other options are and what you can afford. What else is in play?
Just forget the cost part I think money won’t be an issue, but do you think that with a bachelor from Northeastern I have relatively high chances to get in an Ivy “level” school like Berkeley or Cornell for my masters?
?
Aside from a few notoriously different programs to get into (like MBA), terminal Master’s programs at IVY League schools are often cash cows for the school and they often don’t approach the competitive level of the undergraduate programs. Many offer various professional programs in education, for example, that are attractive to future teachers wanting to say they have an Ivy League degree, which they will. But what undergraduate school they attended isn’t particularly important. The level of competition depends upon the program you are interested in.
Aren’t these questions that should have been asked BEFORE you applied to the school?
For the masters part I really was talking about an MBA sorry for not specifying it.
You have a long time to worry about an MBA–all of the top MBA programs require work experience–average age of most MBA students is 27-28. Getting a degree from Northeastern will not have a negative impact on an application for an MBA as long as you have a high GPA and a high score on the GMAT.
