<p>I got 58 in reading, 59 in math, and 63 and it says my selection index is 180. I am a freshman so I don’t really know whats good…I did do better then most of the kids at my school though :)</p>

<p>Yes, as a freshman that is a pretty good score. Between now and next year when you take the Sophomore PSAT, try to bump up your scores as much as possible, preferably over 200. It really isn’t that difficult, I went up 18 points from S to J year with minimal studying. Then with your junior PSAT, find out what your state’s cutoff for NMSF is, and try to beat that score by 3-5 points. Good luck!</p>
