<p>I am required to live in pennypacker hall because i am in a scholar program. where is it located? how are the dorms? hows the social scene around these dorms?</p>
<p>I believe it is located in East.</p>
<p>Small rooms with lots of built-in furniture - just like all the other dorms as I recall. If you are on an upper floor, prepare for stairs 'cause the elevator takes a LONG time.</p>
