<p>It’s never too late. Colleges like to see a little of everything Freshman year, and hope the student will increase their participation in each activity throughout the years. However, my school provides the colleges with community service hours as one number on our transcript. This one number of hours represents the total number of hours from all 4 years. The colleges cannot tell from which years they were done unless I provide a resume with my application. </p>

<p>The college application will ask for extra-curriculars by year. Few extra-curriculars Freshmen-Junior year and then many during Senior year shows that you had the capability but did not work to your full potential</p>
