Honestly, i took the course and i know the stuff pretty much. I’ve been flipping through the PR but i’m kinda nervous. I read reviews on amazon about this book and people who reviewed after 2007 say its not useful anymore. Is this true?? I just want to get like a 4 or 5 on the exam. I’ve read (more like advanced skim…but gotten terms down) the book. Anyone know?

People who say it isn’t useful are completely wrong… it’s probably the best prep book I’ve ever purchased. I bought the book last year a few weeks before the AP exam. Mind you, I didn’t take the actual class and my studying consisted of half-assed reading of a standard AP Environmental Science textbook. So I bought this book given the great advice I read about on the CC forums, read it over a couple of times, and did a couple of released exams and I felt so prepared to take the exam. I ended up scoring a 5. And I couldn’t have done it without Smartypants. It’s a condensed book but provides ample explanation that you shouldn’t get confused unless you have absolutely no common sense regarding science and the natural world. Buy it. You won’t be disappointed.
