Is spring admin worth it?

Hi! I was just wondering if spring admin is worth. I heard that it’s hard to make friends and adjust to environment because by that time, everyone would already have formed groups and adjusted to the campus life… is that true? And if you have more info/experience of this, can you tell me about it?

It would depend on the college…and you. Some colleges have a large cohort of spring admits who would be in the same situation as you.

There will be about 500 students entering in January after NU In. Your country group will have at least 50 students that you have been with for four months. They will be the core of your friend group from which you will branch out.

If you look back on the threads in the Northeastern forum from December there were a couple of NU In alumni who posted about their experiences abroad and back in Boston.
