I was planning on going to Cal Poly Pomona but choosing an impacted major resulted in them denying me while others with overall lower GPAs/ SAT scores got accepted with their majors, so now I’m planning on possibly taking the year off to work on my college tuition but I have some doubts. Will taking a gap year affect the amount of money FAFSA gives you? and does the college tuition go up for students that decide to wait for college?
