Is the 2014 ISEE Exam Comparable to the Current One?

I’m preparing for the Upper Level ISEE and using the book Five Practice Tests for the Upper Level ISEE by Chad Mills, which was highly recommended in 2015 (notably by Khan Academy).

I have a few concerns:

  1. Is the difficulty level and question style in the book still comparable to the current ISEE exams?
  2. Does the conversion of raw scores to stanines in this book accurately reflect how scores are calculated for today’s ISEE?

If anyone has experience with both the older and current versions of the ISEE, I’d really appreciate your input! Is this book still a reliable resource for practice?

I’d say it’s accurate enough and you should focus on studying. If you do so you’d get a good score either way.
