<p>I have never taken the ACT and PLAN but I always hear its based on what you have learned throughout school. I always get “exceeded standards” on state assessment.</p>
<p>Yes, it’s more like a state assessment as it’s an achievement test (on what you know and have learned), as opposed to the SAT which is an aptitude test and measures how you’d do in college.</p>
