Is the health insurance thing supposed to take forever?

<p>I submitted my health insurance waiver LAST MONTH, and they still have not confirmed it on myberkeleyapp. Is it supposed to take this long or what?</p>

<p>It finally showed up on My Berkeley App this morning. We did numerous emails to the SHIP people. They moaned about a database problem. However, the fee still shows on the CARS bill… What a mess.</p>
