Is the major choice binding?

<p>I would like to know if the major choice on the UPenn Supplement is binding. If I choose to apply to the SAS’s International Relations major, do I have to study this major if admitted? Or is it not binding and can be changed later?
Also, I want to know if it is possible to change from SAS to Wharton after freshman year. Thank you!</p>

<p>no it’s not binding, ir is offered in the college, and you can switch to wharton if your gpa is high enough</p>
