<p>I am thinking about submitting a request for all the month end holdings and daily PNL of the endowment fund for the past 5 years. Anyone know if this is under the scope of FOIA making it mandatory for them to comply?</p>

<p>and yes I know the university publish annual report on the endowment. I need more granular detail and also to be able to disentagle inflow for my attribution/analysis.</p>

They are probably going to try some BS like try to bill me a ridiculous fee to take time out of their incredibly “busy” public sector work day to fulfill the request.</p>
