Gotta just love Adam’s comment to Deanna after her sing for the save: “That is a stressful situation that you’ve put yourself in”, referring to her back being against the wall. He doesn’t want to take any of the blame for her poor result but I’m betting he would take some of the credit if she had done well! I agree with those that believe these coach comments are the worst part of the show, especially when you have a definite preference for one of your teammates over another.

Joshua was on our local news. Interesting to me is that he commented that HE picked his song tonight. Usher is his guest mentor and he said that Usher was the best. Here’s hoping that a song he picked and Usher is enough to counteract Adam lol!
Ok… i am relying on the east coasters to tell us what is going on. 
I have little doubt that he just elevated his status and will make a decent iTunes showing also. Time for the coaches to let the remaining competitors control their own destiny! Hope Adam leaves his ego at the door…

Who are we guessing goes before we see the performances? This is where it starts to get difficult to predict. I’m going to guess Joshua and the country boy. But…India and Kimberly are essentially the same genre so they could start splitting votes and I’d guess Kimberly would beat India.
I just watched it all again. I thought Deanna sounded just fine, actually. Still think Kimberly is a little obnoxious, though very talented.
Hoping country Corey and Hannah go before Josh but Joshua doesn’t have too many weeks left does he? I think Blake could lose one of his teammates this week.
Oh, I wouldn’t be buying any of Kimberly’s albums. Kimberly needs to take it down tonight and not be shrieking her head off. I’d probably only really listen to Joshua. But it’s not like I’ve ever heard from any of the contestants again once the show is over.
Maybe the problem is, these contestants are staying around so long, we’re starting to tire of them.

Typically I don’t like group numbers but I liked the opening rendition of Avicii’s Hey Brother. Josh and Sawyer sounded great in that, and Corey was ok too.
Hannah up first with Tina Turner’s We Don’t Need Another Hero. I thought it was a solid performance.
