Josh sang Sting’s Fields of Gold. MUCH better than last week although I personally find him a tad dull.
I liked Joshua. Was on the phone when the show started so dont know what I missed
Agree re Josh. It was definitely in his wheelhouse but he made it kind of boring.
That song will always remind me of Michelle Kwan skating to that at the demo after the olympics.
Kimberley sang Radio Head’s Creep. Her own rendition. Not bad but not an improvement on the original but I realy like the original - so angsty.
Why can’t Adam muster the who knows what to give a heartfelt compliment to his team?
I’ve missed much of what’s occured so far. I saw part of Joshua. OK but not great. Kimberly OK but not great also. I missed Hannah completely.
Blake’s new song is one of those where the hook line is going to get stuck in your head and you sure wish it wouldn’t.
Something in the way he moves by meghan She sounds good, I just have a hard time people singing the beatles.
And hubby filled me on the background - the woman george harrison wrote it for left him for eric clapton.
I thought Meghan was really good.
Meghan: The Beatle’s Something with an orchestra accompaniment. Parts I liked, parts were off or screechy to my ear. It was fine. Back to looking a little dowdy again.
Adam makes the most obnoxious comments.
India singing somewhere over the rainbow.
My daugher and I are going to dance to Somewhere Over the Rainbow at her wedding. My daughter used to sing that song around the house.
I thought India’s performance and dress were the worst so far this evening. Loved Kimberly’s dress and Meghan & Joshua’s performances. While it’s a slower song, I love Fields of Gold and thought he did well with it.
I thougt India did a really good job with Somewhere Over the Rainbow. It seems like this season’s contestants are picking songs a little more off the beaten path than other seasons. Choices have been hit and miss for me.
Matt from last season just sang his new single. Adam gives him a standing O
Sawyer singing Simple Man
I wasn’t familiar with Sawyer’s song but I thought he was very solid this week and back in his confident groove.
Fields of Gold is one of my favorite songs. I hope Joshua did it justice.
