Kota’s performance was painful IMO.

I thought Nadia should have won that one.
I thought it was really close on that one…and Blake always goes for the young 'uns–which is creepier now that he’s not married.
I didn’t agree with Blake’s choice on that one, but I wasn’t surprised. Anyone who is not a country singer and chooses him as a coach will probably regret the choice.
Definitely@jym626. Blake always picks the country singer even though he always acts desperate to get different artists on his team.
We already have 2 other blonde young country singers. I wouldn’t have picked her. I lost my team member Chris so I need to replace him. Hopefully evan wins this one.
My favorite are Evan and Maddie. I really think Evan was this one also.
Evan, Jeffrey and Vicktor are my favorites.
I just added Victor to replace chris…the only knockout that wasn’t shown.

My team took a huge hit tonight, losing James Dupre and Chris Crump. I’m also adding Viktor to my team but now I’m trying to decide between Korin, Madi, Braiden, and Jeffery to replace Chris Crump. I’m also trying to decide if I’m going to keep Amy rather than one of these I just mentioned.
Gwen’s team has gotten stronger, especially with her steal of Viktor last week. Regina picked the perfect song tonight and thought she made the right decision.
Jeffery had a really good night and his distinctive voice may get him a good iTunes download ranking next week.
Evan is a really talented singer but I still don’t see him as a contender just yet. Like Evan better when he sings ballads.
Thought Shelby had a good night.
Surprised Pharrell used his last steal on Riley. Definitely do NOT get Pharrell’s love for Mark Hood.
I was torn between choosing Victor or Braiden. So Braiden is my next on the list if someone else gets kicked off.
Do we go to the live shows now? Are two kicked off a week now? I forget the format every season. I don’t think there is one standout this season like last season with Sawyer. Is he back on the farm or is he pursuing music now?

Really though Blake picked the inferior singer with Emily Anne, but it was so predictable. Nadjah should have been with a different coach.
Barracuda? Awful song choice. You have to be Anne Wilson, and even then… If she wanted a song of that era/type, something like Hit Me With Your Best Shot would have been a better choice.
I wish that Pharrell had stolen James or Nadjah, but the one he stole was, I believe, the only one left.
I wish we could have heard Chris sing again. 
Now I have to pick someone else. The big question: someone I actually like, or someone I think can win?

I replaced my entire team and selected some replacements that were not even on my radar up until now, after reviewing their performances again. Even though I had logged 28 days with Amy and Shelby, I wasn’t sure either one would be in the top-5 at the end so I cut them loose. Here are my faves from each team:

The ones I had the hardest time not including in my top-5 were Korin Bukowski and Shelby Brown. I took Madi because I didn’t have anyone from Pharrell’s team and already had 2 from Gwen’s. Although I love Shelby Brown, I worry Adam will steer her away from country. It’s a shame she isn’t on Blake’s team. For me, Gwen and Adam have the strongest/most intriguing teams and Blake and Pharrell have the teams with less depth than their fellow coaches.
Of my top-5, Keith fills the rocker niche, Zach has country commercial appeal, Braiden is talented and downright likeable, Madi fills the Indie slot, and I’m hoping vocal gymnast Viktor is the “steal with staying power”.
Yes, on to the live shows next Monday. I am assuming there will be a bottom 3 with an instant save (except no votes from west coast). I did not see anything online regarding your 2nd question so if anybody knows for sure please comment.
