I was only watching to see Mark and they did not show the whole thing, just a really quick summary. He was my last team member to compete.

I have only listened to some of the iTunes teasers but thought Mark Isaiah had a great song choice and really delivered. He was up against Jesse, who is on my team. Stephanie Rice really had a nice performance and loved her sound tonight. Best I have heard her all season. Curious to see who Alicia steals. Wondering if Blake wishes he still had his steal left since some good artists will be leaving the show tonight, unless the coaches get to bring back one of their members who went home?
Correction: Jesse was NOT up against Mark (thankfully). Jesse was awesome (again)!
I wanted to hear more of Mark Isaiah, too.
Vanessa was great, but I wish she would smile more. She is beautiful, but she looks like she’s about to kick somebody’s a$$!
I didn’t think most of the pairings tonight were even close.
Hi JShain, I am watching, but on delay. I lost one artist tonight (Jamaica guy … should not have attempted sacred Bob Marley), but I re-added Vanessa. I am still woefully behind in points, so I will continue to cheer on you and musicmerit who have a shot.
I am ready to crown musicmerit the champion this season. Snowflake, there’s points and, on the other hand, there’s picks. Maybe we should have 2 categories of winners, to keep everyone in the game?
I, too, love Vanessa but liked some of her previous performances slightly better than last night’s performance. I actually love it when she injects a little rap. Check her out on You Tube. Slightly political (You Tube), but so very talented! I personally do not think either she or Lauren had their best performances of the season like Stephanie did Monday night.
This is not only a great season for female country artists but is shaping up to be one that has very strong R&B/Soul performers as well. Besides Vanessa and Chris Blue there is one artist NO ONE is talking about: TSoul. He might be the most unique of the bunch. I also really like what Troy has to offer. There are no true rockers or Indie artists. Kind of wish Blake had stolen Johnny Gates. Stephanie Rice sort of crosses over into Indie. And Lauren Duski is somewhat an Indie-fied version of a country singer. All-in-all, I really like the mix of talent this season.

Wow, thanks @jshain! I was just telling DH that I should have diversified more. I don’t like country music so I don’t usually pick country artists. Also mine are all on team Adam and Alicia so I thought I should have picked at least one from each coach. I just picked the ones I truly thought I would listen to. I love seeing young artists achieve success. I am a huge Pentatonix fan and excited to see them in concert for the second time this summer.

Just watched yesterday’s show. Although Jchosen is on my team, I really loved Brandon’s performance of Redeption Song.

Chris is by far my favorite…love his voice and his energy. I don’t seem to be as crazy about the girls as the rest of you. I must be missing something!
I am wish washy on the girls this year. Some weeks I really like them and other times I am ‘meh’. I still like too many guys, and this year Inseem to be into R&B and singer songwriter. This show seems to focus on keeping artists in a particular genre, so it will be interesting to see how the younger ones with wide open possibilities fare.
My two favorites are Chris and Hunter. So far they stand out as having the goosebumps reaction for me. I like Vanessa because she is talented, but I am not sure how much she appeals to the majority that watch. I keep Quizz and Anatalia in my list because young ones seem to go far as they get better and better right before our eyes.

Snowflake, it will be interesting to see how the female country artists do in the Live Playoffs. I know you are not a big country fan ( no country genre represented on your team) but this season seems to have 3 really good ones in Brennley, Casi, and Lauren. Maybe having 3 solid country artists, and 4 if you count Ashley, dilutes the votes. Will have to wait and see. There are 3 coaches that have a country artist heading into the Live Playoffs. Not sure that has ever happened before.
During the Live Playoffs tonight and tomorrow, 2 teams perform each night and the coaches bring back one artist that was previously eliminated from their team. For those of you watching in real time (I’m not one of those), I believe you will be able to vote. Who would you like to see come back?
Blake’s and Alicia’s teams are singing tonight. The other two tomorrow. I won’t spoil it unless you ask me to. 
musicmom, I think NBC.com already spoiled it! Saw this morning how one already eliminated artist no longer had an “eliminated” banner across their photo on each coach’s team.
In general, people that don’t really want to know what’s going on, should probably just stay away from the thread until they have had a chance to watch the show themselves. It is interesting to me , at least, to hear people’s take on things as it is live.
