Makenzie too!
Not yet airing out on the west coast but wanted to mention that I do not believe the songs tonight can be downloaded on iTunes this season. You have to purchase them using the Apple Music App. This will likely reduce the overall top-200 rankings for these Voice artists, unless I’m overlooking something.
I loved Makenzie!
Makenzie was great. I didn’t think it was great for Sarah Grace.
I actually thought this was Tyke’s best performance. And I agree Sarah Grace was not great tonight. I thought SandyRedd was a bit too dramatic.
Watched the first 6 artists on YouTube and, I agree, Tyke sounded really good. But, what’s with the man bun? I rarely critique the male “makeovers” but he should permanently lose that hair style!
I really liked most of the song choices and a big improvement over last week, IMO . However, I thought Dave once again made a really poor song choice. I loved Kirk Jay’s song choice and performance. Call me crazy, but I liked but did not love MaKenzie tonight. When I heard JHud, in rehearsal, sing a few bars to MaKenzie it made me realize that this song was probably one of those that should not be covered. I know the song themes this week were (mostly family) “tributes”, but that would give you lots of freedom of choice.

I am moving up the leaderboard! In the 600s now with 1,847,000 points. I have Sarah Grace, Kennedy and Tyke at max days. I really liked Tyke’s performance and his look last night. I know there are mixed feelings on here. We’ll see how the teenage girls voted. Tonight will be interesting!
merit, We both have Kennedy and Sarah G. You have Tyke and I have DeAndre. DeAndre could get eliminated before Tyke so you could close the gap on our point differential. I currently have 2,117,000 points. I would be more worried if you had Kirk and Chevel LOL!
I finally listened to it on Hulu. Loved Tyke and Kirk, really liked Dave. Sandyredd was pretty amazing, esp in the lower register. Kennedy was excellent with a worn out song, but eventually she turned it into something different.
My team is Kennedy, Tyke (I love Tyke, and he was GREAT on this one), and Dave. Honestly, I wish I had dropped Kennedy for Kirk. I prefer to listen to grownups. Oh well, too late.

The older contestants rarely do well in this show. The two who left were my least favorite.
Of the two that left, I Liked the female better than the male. Are we worrying about spoilers? I think if anyone is concerned, they are waiting to look at this thread until they watch.
Maybe we should wait for them to tell us.
