Makenzie was fabulous as usual.
I don’t think Reagan has hit a note on key. She’s under every note and I think she is going to pass out from her bad breathing. Clearly her nerves got the best of her.
Kennedy also excellent.
Toss up. I’d pick Makenzie, but the crowd may go Kennedy. I just think Makenzie is more developed.
At least JHud didn’t throw McKenzie under the bus, though it was obvious she prefers Kennedy.
I just voted to save Kennedy.
I voted to save Makenzie even though Kennedy is on my team.
Kennedy will win she had 49% at the commercial break
And Kennedy gets the last spot.
Adam gets creepier all the time, going on and on about Reagan! She was terrible!
Thank heaven! I think McKenzie got robbed. Don’t get me wrong; I think Kennedy deserves to be the finals. It’s just that I really don’t think Chris and Chevel should have beaten out McKenzie.
I’d trade Chris for Makenzie.
MaKenzie was great tonight, but Kennedy was, too. Reagan was worse than usual.
Adam knew she couldn’t win tonight. Did anyone catch that brief shot of him while she was singing? He had his head down. Then at the end, he jumps up and gives an enthusiastic speech.
Adams speech gave me the heebie jeebies. There’s something off about his admiration for her.
I watched last night’s show while this night’s was on. 
Thank doG at least Reagan was eliminated. I actually really liked the song she sang, but definitely not her performance of it. I expected better of Chris with the Marshall Tucker song…I think he should have taken it up to a slightly higher key. Blake isn’t good with that aspect of coaching. MaKenzie was good, Kennedy was great. Kimberli was not at her best: back to screeching. Sarah Grace has convinced me that she is the real deal. Chevel has become pretty much a novelty act at this point, IMHO. Kirk just has a unique voice that captures me every time.
Personally, I think the final four should be Kirk, Kennedy, and probably Sarah Grace and MaKenzie, but only Kirk and Kennedy really matter to me.
Kennedy and Chevel I get. Great performers, entertainers already in different areas.
Kirk and Chris not so much. Okay but nothing special, but that’s just my opinion. One of the guys getting into the finals , maybe okay , both getting in ,not so much. MaKenzie and Kymberli were both great. My favorite individual performance this season was Kymberli with Break Every Chain. Very powerful performance. I hope she gets some opportunities with gospel music.
@sevmom I have the feeling that Kymberli will have no problem connecting with her audience after this introduction.
Kirk and Chris had really good song choices every week. Kymberl’s performance last night was subpar for her. MaKenzie was good last night but not as good as in previous weeks. Have not seen the results show and sing-offs tonight and look forward to MaKenzie’s performance in particular. When Chris made the top-3, that meant one of the “favorites” would be going home. But, to his defense, he has been a consistent performer, pretty much every week this entire season and being on fan favorite Team Blake also helped him as we all know.
Still barely hanging in the top 1,000 with 2,441,500 points. Only Kennedy left on my team. I was really surprised she was not in the top four. But it’s tough when the votes are split among so many people.
Adam’s comment about staying in Reagan’s life was very odd.
Just saw the results show…
If MaKenzie had performed that song on Monday night it may have been enough to overtake Chris. But, he did get the 5X multiplier because he had the most Apple streams. Once he got the most streams, he probably jumped ahead of Kennedy and MaKenzie. Unlike previous seasons, the top-10 iTunes rankings were NOT eligible for the multiplier this season.
I could not believe what I was hearing with Reagan’s performance. It may be the worst performance in Voice history. Every note flat as a pancake. I thought Adam basically gave a concession speech afterwards.
Format changes needed next season, IMO:
I would like to see the Comeback Stage eliminated for good!
If an artist is unable to perform in any given week, they are eliminated.
Eliminate the duets. Instead, have each artist perform 2 songs.
Allow the iTunes downloads to qualify for the 5X multiplier if an artist is in top-10 that week.
Voice App should have 4 positions at the top, instead of 3, to coincide with the Final-4.

2,117,500 points. I quit opening the app every day several weeks ago. Have only Kennedy left on my team.
I have 2,191,500 with Kennedy and Chevel. If I were Reagan’s mom I’d be blocking Adams number on her phone. You could see Reagan knew she was off and sadly that performance will haunt her. It’s how she always sounded to me.
Chris to me was just vanilla and fine but not special. Kirk is inconsistent to me and I hear him hit bad notes as well.
What I most dislike about the very young contestants is the notion that they need special treatment because of their age. If they can’t be critiqued or are judged through the lense of their age they shouldn’t be on the show.
3 country singers in the finale will probably split the votes.
thanks for the recap everyone! i thought Makenzie had such a pretty voice, but i think her look compared to cute kennedy hurt her. It’s called “the voice” - but really the blind auditions are the only times when the show completely focused on their voices.
