Is there a big emphasis on sat writing scores?

<p>Most schools don’t really emphasize the writing portion of the sat. And I was wondering if lafayette was the same. My writing is a 540 so it’s on the low side </p>

<p>As far as I know, it’s the composite (CR + Math) score that’s important.</p>

<p>Not sure but the college does list it on its class profile along with CR + M

<p>wow…somebody got 60k in aid…dang…my writing scores are so low…compared to the middle 50%</p>
