Is there a chance for me?

I am a junior. I have taken only two psats and next up on my plate is the real deal, the SAT. I usually get mid 160s (new psat obviously). I’ve never taken a real sat, nor have I taken any classes, or done any books. I would like to get my score up in the 1900s or I’d really like to break 2000. Are there any book suggestions that could make this possible, or is this some pipe dream that could never happen, despite all my practice. I’ve heard rocket review is good, is this so? Thanks,

Don’t get discouraged. I got an abysmal score the first time on the new SATs (low 1600s), but I broke 2000 with two weeks of prepping before the June SAT.

I heard RocketReview was good, but I’ve never used it myself

I got a 183 on my PSAT, a 2030 on the first SAT (no prep), and a 2250 on my second SAT (with a class). It’s very possible to improve 300 + points. You may want to try the ACT though.

ahighschooler,

What did you use to improve your score?
Thanks!

my advice is that you just take the sat and keep a level head
This may sound stupid, but ur score on any test, SAT or not depends on the pen/pencil you use.
If it is comfortable, does nopt scratch…ull do fine
