<p>I heard from a ppl I know, whose English is not so good (international student), that says he applied the conditional offer program at NYU’s business school and got in. He says this is basically a language program, and you’ll have to study it for at least half a year. </p>
<p>Is this possible? I didn’t hear anything about that and didn’t found anything on NYU’s website! Could he possibly mean City university of New York? He didn’t even submit SAT and TOEFL scores and got into Stern??</p>
<p>BTW, he applied there in Dec and got the acceptance letter in late Jan.</p>
